Rosie is the owner of this boutique tax and business consulting practice based in Clackamas, Oregon. She brings a warm, personalized approach to her work, partnering closely with clients as a trusted advisor to help them navigate life transitions, business growth, and tax strategy. Rosie is passionate about understanding her clients’ goals and advocating for their long-term success—offering not just tax expertise, but holistic, thoughtful guidance that brings clarity and confidence to every aspect of their financial picture.

Her background in the arts fuels both her creativity and problem-solving skills. She approaches complex financial challenges with a fresh perspective, drawing on her experience thinking visually and working intuitively. Motherhood has further shaped her professional approach—strengthening her ability to prioritize, listen deeply, and approach each client relationship with empathy and patience.

  • Outside the office, Rosie volunteers with the Oregon Society of CPAs (OSCPA) and the AICPA, and explores her artistic side through the medium of blown glass.

Dane Brammer

CPA and Tax Manager

Dane is a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in tax strategy, compliance, and financial advisory services. Known for his practical problem-solving approach and commitment to client success, Dane brings a blend of technical expertise and personalized service to every engagement. He specializes in supporting small businesses, individuals, and partnerships with proactive planning and clear communication. Dane is a collaborative team player who values integrity, accuracy, and continuous learning in the ever-evolving field of accounting.

When he’s not immersed in tax strategy and numbers, you’ll find Dane carving down ski slopes, exploring underwater worlds on a scuba dive, hiking scenic trails, or laughing with his two daughters on their latest adventure.

jordyn sherman cpa

Jordyn Sherman

CPA and CAS Leader

Jordyn is CPA licensed in Oregon. During her accounting career, she has worked as an auditor for a mid-size national firm before making the leap into corporate accounting, holding positions as an internal auditor, and then later becoming a supervisor at a local health insurance company where she developed expertise in GAAP and SSAP reporting. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to handle complex financial matters and deliver exceptional results in a timely manner. Notable achievements include being selected as a member of the prestigious AICPA Leadership Academy in 2019, which supports her commitment to professional growth.

On a more personal note, Jordyn is actively engaged in her community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for St. Mary’s Home for Boys, the Beaverton Downtown Association, and is involved in the Oregon Society of CPA’s Young Professionals committee. When she isn’t crunching the numbers, or volunteering, you can find her hanging out with her husband Phil and their dog Ted.

Shilo Bennett is an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who keeps the firm’s operations running smoothly and efficiently. With exceptional communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, Shilo excels at managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and providing essential support to both team members and clients. Her proactive approach and dedication ensure that every detail is handled with care. When she’s not in the office, Shilo can be found exploring new places, chasing adventures big and small, and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Bookkeeper

Sarah is an experienced bookkeeper celebrated for her precision, organizational talent, and unwavering commitment to keeping businesses’ financial records clear and accurate. A 2007 Accounting graduate from PSU, she brings a strong background in managing daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing essential reports — giving clients the confidence and clarity they need to make informed decisions. Known for her approachable style and meticulous attention to detail, Sarah is a trusted ally to small businesses and entrepreneurs alike. When she’s not balancing the books, you’ll find her on the volleyball court, hiking trails with her dog, or lending her time to her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
